Sippy builds your goal from your body weight, biological sex, age, activity level, climate and life stage — then keeps it within a safe maximum. You can see the full breakdown anytime in the app (You → Daily goal → “Why?”), and set a manual goal if you prefer. Sippy offers wellness guidance only and is not medical advice.
✨ Sippy Pro subscriptions
Sippy Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription: $2.99/month or $19.99/year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage, upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions), at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Use Restore purchases on the upgrade screen after reinstalling. Terms of Use (EULA)
🔔 Reminders aren't arriving?
Check that notifications are allowed for Sippy in iOS Settings → Notifications → Sippy, and that reminders are switched on in the app (You tab → Reminders).
🔐 Your data — export & deletion
Export everything Sippy stores about you from the app: You → Privacy & data → Export. Delete your account and data permanently: You → Privacy & data → Delete. Details in our Privacy Policy.
